Beef Rub: Excellent on any red meat. We use our own smoked sea salt as an ingredient instead of a generic table salt.
Fowl Rub: Use on chicken, turkey or cornish game hens. This will bring out the true flavor of your bird.
Butt Rub: No, it will not make the wrinkles go away. Use it on your Boston Butt, or pretty much any meat you want to put in your smoker.
