eConsult - Five incidents
eConsult provides incident-based email consultations. With eConsult you can ask questions of a practice management expert and get implementable advice on a specific topic within 48 hours.

To use eConsult, you will enroll for one or five eConsult "incidents." An incident is a specific question that you submit to receive an expert answer. After your purchase, log in to the OCG Partners Only area, then click the eConsult link to submit your question.

What if my question isn't answered?
Practice management is like an intricately woven tapestry. All of the threads must interconnect to make the picture. Because all your management systems dovetail into one another, you may find that the answer to your question creates additional questions. Our commitment is to fully answer the question posed. Any additional information will need to be addressed in a separate incident.

What if the advice doesn't seem right for my circumstance?
Each practice is unique. The advice given through eConsult is based on the general practice management principles all dental businesses should implement. The more specific your question, the better we will be able to address your individual needs.

Under what circumstances would I use eConsult as opposed to seminars or more formal training? eConsult is a great way to determine your consulting needs.
