To create this traditional Maile lei, three beautiful Maile vine strands are twined together. A lush dark forest green color and unduplicateable fragrance, is what makes this lei so special and sought after in Hawaii and elsewhere.

Because Maile vines are not commercially grown, we like to have at least three days notice before shipping this lei. The rare maile vine grows deep in the Hawaiian rainforest and needs to be gently gathered and then cleaned.

The maile lei is appropriate for a man or woman and worn draped around the neck with the open lei ends hanging in front. How to Care for your Maile lei:

For the longest life and freshest appearance of your lei, unpack fresh maile lei immediately upon arrival. Place in the fridge until use. Do not freeze.

Maile leis will last for about 5 days from the date they are made and shipped.
